JOB OVERVIEW

Precision Wildlife Removal is hiring a highly dependable Weekend Customer Service Representative to handle incoming customer calls and assist customers on Saturdays and Sundays.

Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
16 hours per week

Pay: $6.50 USD/hour

• Comfortable learning detailed company policies, scripts, and procedures
• Able to accurately document customer information and follow instructions
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet, professional workspace without background noise or interruptions
• Reliable computer and quality headset

This is a customer-facing phone position. You will be directly representing our company to customers, so spoken English, professionalism, and communication ability are extremely important.
