JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a talented, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can start as our video editor and grow into a broader virtual assistant role supporting a real estate coaching and content business. This role is central to our new podcast, Behind The For Sale Sign, along with ongoing social and marketing content.

The right person has sharp video editing skills, real estate industry familiarity, and CRM experience (Lofty specifically). Strong English communication is a must since you'll be interacting directly with our team and, at times, clients.

Responsibilities
Edit podcast episodes (Behind The For Sale Sign) into polished long-form and short-form (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) content
Add captions, graphics, intros/outros, and branded elements (navy & gold color palette)
Organize and manage raw footage and finished files
Assist with CRM tasks inside Lofty (contact management, follow-up sequences, tagging, pipeline organization)
Support general virtual assistant tasks as the role grows: scheduling, email management, content calendar upkeep, light admin work
Communicate proactively about deadlines, revisions, and project status
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Proven video editing experience, ideally with podcast or long-form content turned into short clips
Experience with Lofty CRM required — please do not apply without it
Real estate industry experience or knowledge, specifically from working with real estate agents (not investors, iBuyers, or BPO companies)
Reliable internet connection and own equipment for editing (please list your editing software)
Pleasant, positive, easy to work with — this is a long-term relationship, not a one-off gig
Organized and able to manage deadlines with minimal oversight
