# Business Development & Pharmacy Outreach — Remote

**Simple Shifts | ---------- **

Simple Shifts is a pharmacist-built staffing platform helping pharmacies connect directly with qualified pharmacists for shift coverage, part-time opportunities, and full-time hiring.

We’re growing and looking for motivated, confident people to help expand our pharmacy network.

This is a remote business development and outreach role focused on introducing Simple Shifts to pharmacy owners and decision-makers, building relationships, and bringing new pharmacies onto the platform.

## What You’ll Do

Cold call independent pharmacies and pharmacy groups

Email and follow up with prospective pharmacy clients

Introduce pharmacy owners to Simple Shifts and explain how the platform can help with staffing and coverage

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients

Follow up consistently with interested pharmacy owners

Research and identify new pharmacy prospects

Help market Simple Shifts through direct outreach and other creative channels

Track conversations, follow-ups, and next steps

Work independently while staying organized and accountable

## Who We’re Looking For

You’re comfortable talking to people and starting conversations with business owners.

You’re persistent without being pushy.

You communicate professionally by phone, email, and text.

You’re organized and capable of managing your own outreach pipeline.

You’re motivated by growth and like seeing the direct results of your work.

Previous experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, healthcare, pharmacy, marketing, or business development is helpful, but not required.
