JOB OVERVIEW

Full business development and product work for a portfolio of crypto brands. YouTube, X, paid communities, and custom work already exist. If you perform, more brands get added to the same desk.

Founders only approve and push the content. Everything else is you.

Inbound deal flow is already $50k+ a month. The leads are coming in. Your job is to convert them, run them, and turn that into more retainers. The 20% is attached to real volume, not a dead inbox.

A BD who only sends emails will not make money here. You have to be in the game. You invent the play, you build the product, and you execute it with us.

That can look like a new AI offer inside a paid community, a Grok bot or tool people actually pay to use, a trading indicator that makes viewers sign up, or getting real trading flow onto an exchange the brands already work with so the commission is earned. It can also look like a YouTube video that is running a deal. You make that video convert into members and tracked signups so the deal performs and the next contract is easy to close.

If the path from content to product is weak, you build the thing that fixes it. New tool, new offer, better CTA, landing flow, product drop. You manage it after it goes live. You come up with the idea. We say yes or no and put it on camera.

You also stay on the pipeline. Exchange retainers, brand deals, custom work. If a retainer is already good, you are still looking for the next one.

Pay is $1000 USD per month plus 20% of deals you close and run. The 20% is high because you also build the products and run the conversion, not just the intro. With inbound already at $50k+ a month, this seat pays well if you can execute.
