Creative Lead — Product Strategy, Copywriting & Creative Direction.
Full-time | Remote | Long-term

We're looking for a Creative Lead to own our product pipeline end-to-end: research the market, analyze what's worth testing or scaling, brief our designer, write the copy, and lead the creative to a high-converting result.

We run a digital product e-commerce brand in the crochet niche. This is not a junior copywriting gig. You'll judge products using real market signals, judge creatives using our own Meta Ads performance data, and make real calls on what to scale, what to fix, and what to drop.

We have clear, documented processes for every part of this role. You won't be guessing what "good" looks like, everything is written down and explained.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze products we're testing or scaling, both market-side (is this worth testing) and performance-side (is this creative/angle worth scaling, using our Meta Ads data: ROAS, CTR, CPA)
- Create creative briefs for our designer based on that analysis
- Write ad copy for our Meta ads
- Write product descriptions
- Lead our designer toward high-converting creatives, review their output, catch errors, and give clear corrections

Secondary Responsibilities:
- Product research (we have a documented process for this)
- Occasionally publishing finished products to our online store

Requirements:
- Real experience with Meta Ads, reading performance data (ROAS, CTR, CPA), and making decisions from it
- Comfortable analyzing a market/niche to judge product potential, not just executing on products you're handed
- Strong written English.
- Comfortable directing someone else's work.
- 8 fixed hours per day, 5 days a week. Must overlap at least 3 hours with 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Philippine Time
- This role requires a weekly video call (Google Meet/Zoom). If you're not comfortable with video calls, this likely isn't the right fit.
- Reliable daily communication
- Detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using AI tools as an assistant.

Compensation: $500/month, paid monthly via a US bank account (Wise, Payoneer, or Mercury).
