Operations Manager – Marketing Agency | ClickUp + EOS Experience
**Full-Time | Remote | 10:00 AM–6:00 PM PHT**
**Salary: $1,100–$1,500 USD/month depending on experience**
We are a growing digital marketing agency serving car dealerships in the United States, and we are looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** to lead and manage our Philippines-based fulfillment team.
This is not a virtual assistant position.
We are looking for someone who is organized, confident managing people, comfortable holding team members accountable, and capable of making sure projects and recurring client work are completed correctly and on time.
You will work closely with the agency owner and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment department.
## What You’ll Be Responsible For
– Lead daily and weekly team meetings
– Manage our Philippines-based fulfillment team
– Monitor projects, recurring tasks, deadlines, and workloads
– Make sure assigned work is completed accurately and on time
– Follow up with team members when tasks are late, incomplete, or unclear
– Identify operational bottlenecks before they become problems
– Maintain accountability across the team
– Manage and improve workflows inside ClickUp
– Help document and improve SOPs and internal processes
– Coordinate work between media buyers, creative team members, client success, and other fulfillment roles
– Track operational KPIs and report important issues to the agency owner
– Help implement an EOS-style operating system, including scorecards, weekly meetings, accountability, Rocks/priorities, and issue resolution
– Continuously look for ways to make the agency more organized, efficient, and scalable
## What We’re Looking For
You should have previous experience managing a remote team and overseeing project or task completion.
Strong candidates will have:
– Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role
– Experience managing a team of remote employees
– Strong experience using ClickUp
– Familiarity with EOS / Entrepreneurial Operating System
– Experience leading structured team meetings
– Strong follow-up and accountability skills
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to prioritize multiple projects at the same time
– Confidence addressing missed deadlines or performance issues
– Ability to work independently without needing constant direction
– A process-oriented mindset
Experience working with a marketing agency is highly preferred.

## Schedule
Monday–Friday
10:00 AM–6:00 PM Philippine Time
This is a full-time position.
## Compensation
$1,100–$1,500 USD per month
Compensation will depend on your previous operations management experience, leadership experience, ClickUp knowledge, and familiarity with EOS.
