Company Overview
Febre Frameworks helps Florida real estate professionals coordinate professional property media, including photography, video, drone media, 3D tours, floor plans and virtual solutions. We are seeking a professional, dependable remote team member who can create a positive first impression, identify upcoming listing-media needs and accurately schedule qualified appointments. [S01–S05]
Position Summary
The Appointment Setter will make approved outbound and follow-up calls, respond to qualified leads, reactivate former customers, explain approved service options, schedule appointments, complete CRM notes and perform authorized follow-up. The role is consultative—not aggressive—and requires disciplined adherence to scripts, pricing rules, privacy controls and do-not-call procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
• Make live human calls to approved lead lists during authorized hours.
• Follow approved opening, discovery, qualification, objection and booking language.
• Ask concise questions about upcoming listings, media needs, timing, property details and decision authority.
• Quote only from the current approved booking platform or price sheet.
• Book service appointments or planning calls with complete and accurate details.
• Enter call dispositions, notes, consent status, follow-up dates and opt-outs immediately.
• Send approved follow-up
• Escalate complaints, exceptions, pricing disputes and prior service issues to a manager.
• Participate in call review, role-play, coaching and performance reporting.
• Protect customer data and use company systems only for authorized business purposes.
Required Qualifications
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear, warm, professional delivery.
• At least one year of outbound calling, lead qualification, customer service or appointment-setting experience.
• Comfort handling rejection without becoming defensive, rushed or overly persistent.
• Demonstrated accuracy using a CRM, scheduling system or structured database.
• Ability to work a consistent Eastern Time schedule and attend live coaching.
• Quiet, professional workspace and reliable technology.
• Willingness to follow compliance rules exactly and stop contact immediately when requested.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with real estate, property media, home services, SaaS, BPO or U.S. professional services.
• Experience reactivating former customers and following up on inbound leads.
• Familiarity with photography, video, drone, Matterport/Zillow 3D, floor plans or virtual staging.
• Experience working with Florida or U.S. real estate agents and brokerage teams.
Technology and Work Environment
• Modern computer capable of running a browser-based CRM, cloud phone and video meetings.
• Wired USB headset with noise-canceling microphone; phone-speaker calling is not acceptable.
• Stable primary internet connection; recommended company standard of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Backup internet such as a mobile hotspot and a documented power-outage plan.
• Private workspace where customer information and calls cannot be overheard or recorded by others.
• Multi-factor authentication and company-approved password manager are mandatory.
Compensation and Trial
Target base compensation: $5.50–$6.50 USD per hour depending on experience and paid-simulation results. Recommended initial offer: $5.75/hour plus approved performance incentives. The first 30 days are a paid pilot. Continued work depends on certification, reliability, quality, compliance and measurable contribution—not raw call volume alone.
How to Apply
• Submit a concise resume highlighting outbound calling and appointment-setting results.
• Provide a 60–90 second voice recording introducing yourself and explaining how you handle rejection.
• Answer every application question listed in Section 6.
• Confirm your exact Eastern Time availability, equipment, internet and backup plan.
