JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a boutique email marketing agency for ecommerce brands. We’re hiring an excellent virtual assistant to keep tasks organized, follow through on details, and support our email production process.

This is a remote, hourly role. Klaviyo experience is a plus, but it is not required. We can teach you the platform.

What you’ll do

- Check email links, images, spelling, and desktop/mobile previews.
- Confirm subject lines, preview text, audiences, exclusions, and send times against the brief.
- Schedule emails after the checks and approvals are complete.
- Flag problems, make straightforward corrections, and keep task statuses up to date.

What we’re looking for

- Strong virtual assistant skills: organization, follow-through, and reliable support.
- The ability to follow a checklist and catch mistakes.
- Clear written English and dependable communication.
- Relentless resourcefulness: find answers, learn tools quickly, and solve problems with good judgment.
- Extreme ownership: take responsibility for tasks and deadlines, flag problems early, and follow through until the work is complete.

Experience supporting an agency or ecommerce team is a plus.
