JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a boutique email marketing agency for ecommerce brands. We’re looking for an excellent email designer with strong Figma skills, experience using AI image tools, and a portfolio that shows exceptional design work.

You’ll work from briefs, approved copy, and brand guidelines to design emails in Figma and build them in Klaviyo. You’ll work across different brands and apply feedback to deliver polished emails.

What you’ll do

- Design campaign and flow emails that feel right for each brand.
- Build emails in Klaviyo and check that the finished emails match the designs.
- Make layouts clear, polished, and easy to read on mobile.
- Use AI tools to create and edit imagery where appropriate for the brand.
- Review your work, handle revisions, and meet agreed deadlines.
- Keep design files organized and ready for handoff.

What we’re looking for

- Excellent design skills: layout, typography, image composition, and attention to detail.
- Strong Figma experience and real ecommerce email work to show.
- Email marketing and email design experience, plus familiarity with Klaviyo and hands-on email building.
- Hands-on experience using AI to create and edit images.
- Relentless resourcefulness: find assets, test ideas, learn tools, and solve design problems independently.
- Clear communication and the ability to work from feedback.
- Broader full-stack email marketing experience—from strategy and copy through design, building, QA, and performance—is a plus. The more of the process you can own, the better.
- Agency experience is a plus.

Schedule and pay

Working during Israel business hours is a must.

You’re paid per client account. You’ll start with a smaller number of accounts. As you prove the quality of your work and your ability to handle more, we’ll assign you additional accounts. Each added account increases your pay—your earnings grow as your workload grows.
