JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing U.S. CPG company seeking a highly accurate, hands-on bookkeeper to manage daily accounting and maintain clean, reliable financial records in NetSuite.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor bills, payments, and expense coding
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, Shopify, Amazon, and other sales channels
Record journal entries and support an accurate monthly close
Reconcile inventory, cost of goods sold, freight, and ecommerce payouts
Maintain organized financial records and identify discrepancies
Prepare weekly cash reporting and monthly financial reports for management
Coordinate with our CPA, operations team, suppliers, and other partners

Requirements:

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong hands-on NetSuite experience is required
Experience with U.S. accounting, ecommerce, inventory, or CPG companies
Understanding of accrual accounting and U.S. GAAP is preferred
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and proactive
