Job Description:
We are seeking someone with experience managing multiple social media platforms, creating impactful content, and analyzing performance metrics. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for our eCommerce brand across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content (both organic and paid) that resonates with our target audience and drives traffic to our website.
- Manage daily social media posts, interactions, and community engagement to build a loyal customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align social media content with current promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze key social media metrics and generate reports to assess performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business goals.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly for eCommerce businesses.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, particularly in the eCommerce industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and their algorithms.
- Experience with social media content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Ability to create content that drives user engagement and generates sales.
- Familiarity with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to craft posts that align with brand messaging.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
