## What We're Looking For
We want someone who understands the **technical mechanics behind Meta advertising**, not someone who has only boosted posts or launched a handful of campaigns.
If we give you a new Business Manager, ad account, Page, pixel, campaign structure, naming convention, tracking requirements, creative folder, and hundreds of ads, you should be able to understand the setup and execute it efficiently.
You should be the type of person who can look at a complicated Meta account structure and quickly understand:
**What belongs where, who needs access, what needs connecting, what needs tracking, and how the campaigns need to be launched.**
Accuracy is extremely important because you'll potentially be operating across multiple brands, accounts, campaigns, and hundreds of creatives.
## Bonus Experience
Strong candidates may also have experience with:
* Meta Ads bulk import/export.
* Automated or third-party ad launching tools.
* Shopify.
* UTM and attribution setup.
* Meta Events Manager.
* Conversions API (CAPI).
* Domain and event configuration.
* Creative testing at scale.
* Managing multiple brands/ad accounts simultaneously.
* Meta account troubleshooting.
* Spreadsheet-based campaign/ad management workflows.
## Application Requirements — Read Before Applying
When applying, please include:
1. How many years you've worked with Meta Ads.
2. The largest number of ads you've personally uploaded/launched in one day.
3. Which third-party Meta ad uploading or automation tools you've used.
4. Your experience managing Business Managers, Pages, pixels/datasets, profiles/users, and ad accounts.
5. Your experience setting up pixels and tracking.
6. An example of a complex Meta account or campaign setup you've managed.
7. Whether you've worked with e-commerce brands running high-volume creative testing.
### IMPORTANT — Include “Wrd” in Your Subheading
To prove you've **read this entire job description**, include the keyword **“Wrd”** in the subheading/title of your application.
By including **“Wrd”**, you're confirming that you've read and understood the complete job description and that you're confident you can perform **all of the responsibilities and requirements outlined above before applying.**
**Any application that does not include “Wrd” in the subheading will automatically be denied.**
We're looking for someone who can execute immediately. Please be specific about your hands-on technical experience rather than simply stating that you're a **“Meta Ads expert.”**
