JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly experienced **Meta Media Buyer / Ad Operations Specialist** who has deep technical knowledge of the Meta advertising ecosystem.

This is not a beginner media buying role.

You need to be extremely comfortable working inside **Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, third-party ad uploading systems, pixels, profiles, pages, ad accounts, tracking, and high-volume campaign structures.**

A major part of this role involves managing and uploading a high volume of creative — potentially **up to 300 ads per day** — so speed, organization, and accuracy are essential.

## Key Responsibilities

### High-Volume Ad Uploading

* Upload and launch up to **300 Meta ads per day** when required.
* Experience uploading ads through **third-party bulk uploading / ad management systems**.
* Efficiently rename campaigns, ad sets, and ads according to established naming conventions.
* Correctly assign destination URLs, tracking links, UTMs, creatives, copy, pages, pixels, and other required assets.
* Work confidently with virtually any campaign structure we provide.
* Bulk duplicate, organize, edit, and launch ads without creating unnecessary errors.
* Perform QA checks before and after launches to ensure everything has been configured correctly.

### Meta Business Manager & Asset Management

You should have **full fluency in the mechanics of Meta advertising assets**, including:

* Creating and configuring Meta Business Managers / Business Portfolios.
* Adding Facebook Pages to Business Managers.
* Assigning Pages and other assets to the correct people, partners, or profiles.
* Adding and managing ad accounts.
* Assigning appropriate permissions and access levels.
* Connecting Pages, Instagram accounts, pixels/datasets, and ad accounts correctly.
* Understanding asset ownership vs. shared/partner access.
* Troubleshooting common permissions and asset-access problems.
* Working across multiple Business Managers, ad accounts, Pages, and profiles without confusing assets or permissions.

### Pixel & Tracking Setup

You must be able to:

* Create Meta Pixels / datasets.
* Install and configure tracking correctly across different platforms.
* Connect pixels to the appropriate ad accounts and business assets.
* Verify that events and data are being received correctly.
* Retrieve and interpret tracking/event data when required.
* Diagnose basic pixel, event, attribution, or tracking problems.
* Understand how tracking should be configured when operating multiple stores, domains, ad accounts, and Business Managers.

Experience with platforms such as **Shopify and other common e-commerce platforms** is highly desirable.

### Facebook Profiles & Account Infrastructure

You should understand how Facebook profiles interact with Business Managers, Pages, ad accounts, and permissions.

This includes:

* Assigning authorized profiles/users to the appropriate business assets.
* Managing profile permissions and access.
* Understanding different access levels and what each profile can and cannot do.
* Troubleshooting profile and asset-access issues.
* Maintaining organized account infrastructure across multiple advertising setups.

You should be comfortable working with account infrastructure supplied by the company. All account and profile management must comply with Meta's terms, applicable laws, and our internal security requirements.

## Required Skills

We are specifically looking for someone who:

* Has strong hands-on experience with **Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager / Business Portfolio**.
* Understands Meta's advertising infrastructure beyond simply launching campaigns.
* Has experience with **third-party ad uploading or bulk-management software**.
* Can comfortably handle extremely high creative volume.
* Can upload **100–300 ads in a day** while maintaining accuracy.
* Can adapt to different campaign structures without needing step-by-step instructions.
* Understands campaign, ad set, and ad-level settings in detail.
* Can manage Pages, pixels/datasets, ad accounts, profiles/users, domains, permissions, and other Meta assets.
* Understands tracking links, URLs, UTMs, and naming conventions.
* Can troubleshoot problems independently.
* Is highly organized and able to follow strict SOPs.
* Works quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.

## What We're Looking For

We want someone who understands the **technical mechanics behind Meta advertising**, not someone who has only boosted posts or launched a handful of campaigns.

If we give you a new Business Manager, ad account, Page, pixel, campaign structure, naming convention, tracking requirements, creative folder, and hundreds of ads, you should be able to understand the setup and execute it efficiently.

You should be the type of person who can look at a complicated Meta account structure and quickly understand:

**What belongs where, who needs access, what needs connecting, what needs tracking, and how the campaigns need to be launched.**

Accuracy is extremely important because you'll potentially be operating across multiple brands, accounts, campaigns, and hundreds of creatives.

## Bonus Experience

Strong candidates may also have experience with:

* Meta Ads bulk import/export.
* Automated or third-party ad launching tools.
* Shopify.
* UTM and attribution setup.
* Meta Events Manager.
* Conversions API (CAPI).
* Domain and event configuration.
* Creative testing at scale.
* Managing multiple brands/ad accounts simultaneously.
* Meta account troubleshooting.
* Spreadsheet-based campaign/ad management workflows.

## Application Requirements — Read Before Applying

When applying, please include:

1. How many years you've worked with Meta Ads.
2. The largest number of ads you've personally uploaded/launched in one day.
3. Which third-party Meta ad uploading or automation tools you've used.
4. Your experience managing Business Managers, Pages, pixels/datasets, profiles/users, and ad accounts.
5. Your experience setting up pixels and tracking.
6. An example of a complex Meta account or campaign setup you've managed.
7. Whether you've worked with e-commerce brands running high-volume creative testing.

### IMPORTANT — Include “Wrd” in Your Subheading

To prove you've **read this entire job description**, include the keyword **“Wrd”** in the subheading/title of your application.

By including **“Wrd”**, you're confirming that you've read and understood the complete job description and that you're confident you can perform **all of the responsibilities and requirements outlined above before applying.**

**Any application that does not include “Wrd” in the subheading will automatically be denied.**

We're looking for someone who can execute immediately. Please be specific about your hands-on technical experience rather than simply stating that you're a **“Meta Ads expert.”**
