JOB OVERVIEW

Geelong-based property investment and development business. 10+ renovation projects and 40+ investment properties across NSW, Victoria and WA. Deals are funded by money partners - private investors who back our projects.

Investor relations currently sits with the founder. We need someone who owns it.

The role
- Communicate with money partners - project updates, spend to date, projected returns
- Manage contracts and the money side of each deal - loan agreements, drawdowns, interest, payouts, mortgage and caveat discharges
- Maintain spreadsheets tracking who's invested in what, on what terms, and payment due dates
- Work with our lawyer and bookkeeper so every agreement and payment is correct and on time
- Onboard new money partners - explain the process, security, and terms
- Keep an accurate picture of all partner funds across projects and trusts

Requirements
- Strong with numbers and spreadsheets - can build a payout schedule and spot errors
- Strong with contracts - can read a loan agreement and flag issues
- Strong communicator - clear, professional, and honest with investors
- Background in loan administration, fund operations, broking support, conveyancing, or property/lending finance
- Across property finance basics - mortgages, caveats, settlements, discharges

Nice to have
- Property development, private lending, or fund admin experience
- Familiarity with trust structures
- Hours & schedule
- Full-time, immediate start. Available to work in Melbourne business hours (8am-5pm)
