JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there!
We’re looking for a Product Listing Specialist to join our Ecom Fashion Dropshipping Store.
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company operating in the france market, currently processing around 25 orders per day.
We’re building a long-term team of A-players who want to grow with us — not just for a few weeks, but for the long run.

? What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in product listing or e-commerce operations.
Proven experience working for a store doing $100K+ in monthly revenue.
Comfortable working in Spreadsheets / Google Sheets for tracking and organizing listings.
Experience using Poky (for importing products) and vitals (for adding size charts).
Strong English skills — you must be able to translate, write and structure product titles and descriptions clearly.
High attention to detail — every product must be perfect before it goes live.
Consistent, reliable and organized — we don’t want to double-check every listing.
Availability to work in the europe 8 am to 12pm timezone.

?️ Your Main Tasks
Take researched products and list them accurately on our website.
Translate product descriptions and titles into proper English (according to our SOP template).
Add the correct size chart using Kiwi Sizing.
Upload all product photos, pricing, and details correctly.
Place the final product link back into our internal listing spreadsheet for review.
Communicate daily updates through Slack.
