JOB OVERVIEW

# GoHighLevel AI & Web Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help build, improve, and maintain our marketing and customer communication systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, AI Conversation tools, Voice AI, workflow automation, and website design.

## Key Responsibilities

* Set up and optimize GoHighLevel accounts, subaccounts, pipelines, calendars, forms, and workflows
* Configure AI Conversation tools for text, email, website chat, and lead follow-up
* Set up and customize Voice AI agents for inbound and outbound calls
* Create natural AI scripts, prompts, responses, qualification questions, and appointment-booking processes
* Build automated follow-up campaigns for new and existing leads
* Connect GoHighLevel with websites, calendars, email accounts, phone systems, and other applications
* Design and update responsive websites, landing pages, funnels, forms, and surveys
* Troubleshoot workflows, integrations, deliverability, call routing, and automation issues
* Test all systems to ensure leads receive accurate responses and are routed correctly
* Monitor AI conversations and recommend improvements
* Provide documentation or training for completed systems

## Required Qualifications

* Proven experience working with GoHighLevel
* Experience setting up GoHighLevel AI Conversation tools
* Experience configuring Voice AI agents and call workflows
* Strong web design and landing-page development experience
* Knowledge of CRM pipelines, triggers, workflows, calendars, forms, and automations
* Ability to write clear, conversational AI prompts and scripts
* Experience integrating third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, or Make
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide progress updates

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience supporting real estate businesses or lead-generation companies
* Familiarity with buyer and seller lead-conversion workflows
* Experience with lead nurturing, appointment setting, and missed-call text-back campaigns
* Knowledge of email and SMS compliance and deliverability best practices
* Basic knowledge of SEO, mobile optimization, and conversion-focused design
* Experience training business owners or team members on GoHighLevel

## Initial Projects May Include

* Reviewing and improving the current GoHighLevel setup
* Building an AI assistant for buyer and seller leads
* Configuring Voice AI to answer calls, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments
* Creating automated lead-nurturing campaigns
* Designing or updating websites, funnels, and landing pages
* Testing the complete customer journey and correcting any gaps
