JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Long-Term | Remote Philippines | Australian Company

We are an established Australian commercial furniture business supplying hospitality, interior design and commercial projects.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of our email marketing, CRM/database activity and marketing projects.

This is not a general VA or social-media-only role.

What You Will Do
Build, test, schedule and send email/EDM campaigns.
Upload, clean, segment and maintain marketing databases.
Manage duplicates, bounces, unsubscribes and suppression lists.
Maintain accurate CRM contact, lead and campaign records.
Check database quality and flag issues before campaigns are sent.
Coordinate designers, developers, copywriters and other contractors.
Prepare briefs, follow up deadlines and chase missing information.
Maintain the marketing calendar and task tracker.
Coordinate website content, product information and marketing assets.
Coordinate approved social media activity.
Prepare a short weekly status report covering completed work, outstanding tasks and blockers.
You Must Have
3+ years of relevant professional experience.
Hands-on experience personally building and sending email marketing campaigns.
Experience managing a CRM, customer database or marketing database.
Experience with segmentation, list cleaning and database organisation.
Experience coordinating designers, developers, agencies or freelancers.
Strong written English suitable for an Australian business environment.
Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to manage deadlines and follow tasks through to completion.
Confidence to question instructions and flag problems when something does not make sense.
Good general technology skills and ability to learn new systems.

Experience with platforms such as Odoo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or similar is suitable.

Experience with Odoo, Magento, Shopify, WordPress, GA4, Semrush, Canva or B2B marketing is useful but not required.

This Role Is Not Suitable If
Your experience is mainly general VA work.
Your marketing experience is mainly social media posting or content creation.
You have never personally built and sent email campaigns.
You have not worked with a CRM or marketing database.
You need detailed instructions for every individual task.

We need someone who can organise, think, follow up and take ownership of execution.

Hours & Pay
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Long-term position.
Remote, Philippines.
You must be available 9:30am–5:00pm Sydney, Australia time (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday.
Remaining weekly hours can be completed outside this core period.
AUD $1,200 per month.

4. Availability
Confirm that you can work 9:30am–5:00pm Sydney, Australia time, Monday to Friday, and state whether you currently have another full-time or part-time job.
