JOB OVERVIEW

We run two fast-growing branded fashion e-commerce stores selling to Europe (Italy) and Australia. We are a small, fast-moving team with clear SOPs and modern tools. You will work directly with the founder and have real impact on what gets tested and scaled.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Create ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram): image ads, video ads, and variations using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar
- Make creatives that are genuinely DIFFERENT concepts (different hooks, angles, first 3 seconds, emotions, settings) - not 5 versions of the same thing
- Upload and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager following our exact testing SOP (we will train you on our structure)
- Track and report results daily in a simple format (what to kill, what to keep, what to iterate)
- Product research: find new products and concepts using Meta Ad Library, competitor stores, and trend tools
- Competitor research: keep our competitor sheets updated for both stores

REQUIREMENTS

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (uploading, duplicating, naming conventions, budgets)
- Experience making ad creatives - you must show us real examples you made yourself
- Good written English
- Reliable internet + a computer that can handle video editing
- Organized, follows SOPs exactly, and communicates proactively when something is unclear

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in the fashion/apparel niche
- Experience with dropshipping or DTC e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with Foreplay, Minea, or similar research/spy tools
- Basic understanding of landing pages and offers
