JOB OVERVIEW

Our Company builds systems for B2B companies. Our lead engine pulls warm opportunities into our CRM every day. We need a Sales Development Representative to turn those leads into booked meetings.

Every lead comes with a clear description of what the client wants. Your job is to find the right person, reach out, and book a meeting for our team.

What you'll do:

Work through the daily lead list in our CRM
Identify the decision-maker and find their contact details using tools we provide.
Book discovery meetings and hand over clear notes to our team
Keep the CRM updated with status and next steps

What we're looking for:
- Fluent English, spoken and written, with clean grammar. your outreach is the first impression
- Resourceful online
- Comfortable making cold calls
- Consistent and organised since it is the same process, every day
- B2B sales or cold outreach experience is a plus, we'll teach the rest

What we offer:
- $8/hour guaranteed, to start, review after 3 months based on results
- $10 bonus for every meeting booked, paid whether or not the deal closes
- Discretionary bonus on closed deals for strong performance
- Part-time to start (20–30 hrs/week), full-time for the right person
- Flexible hours
- All tools and leads provided, no list-building from scratch
