To be clear up front: this is hourly-paid, full-time, long-term work. Not a one-off project, not a "few hours when there's something to do" gig. There is a steady pipeline of stores every single week, and we're hiring someone to own it for the long run.
About the role
We operate a portfolio of 100+ e-commerce stores across multiple markets (US, UK, AU, NL, SE, NO, FI, PL and more). Every store runs the same three-stage
1. Every new store at launch — Klaviyo account, verified sending domain, and an automated post-delivery review-request
2. Stores that hit a revenue threshold — a full flow set cloned from an existing store in the same market, rebranded and set live.
3. Top-performing stores — seasonal campaigns (Black Week, Christmas, January sale, Valentine's) built once as a master and rolled out per store.
The core working principle: we clone, we don't build from scratch. Templates, flows and campaigns already exist for every market. Your job is to duplicate them, rebrand them flawlessly, test them end to end, and keep the tracking board accurate. Volume and precision matter more than creative flair here.
What you'll do
+ Set up new stores in Klaviyo — create the account, connect Shopify, confirm order and fulfillment events are flowing in.
+ Configure sending domains — dedicated sending domain per store, DNS records completed until fully verified, sender identity on the store's own domain.
+ Launch review-request automations — cloned from a same-market store, rebranded, triggered after delivery, tested end to end before go-live.
+ Clone and localize full flow sets — welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase. Same market only; branding, links, codes and settings all mirrored and verified.
+ Build and roll out seasonal campaigns — one master campaign duplicated across top stores, segmented to engaged audiences, scheduled per market and timezone, results logged.
+ Rebrand with zero leakage — after every clone, search every
+ Test everything — preview sent, every link clicked, discount code redeemed in checkout, trigger fired, mobile rendering checked. "It's live" is not the same as "it works."
+ Keep the board updated in real time — with 100+ stores, the project board is how the whole team sees coverage. A step isn't done until it's verified and logged.
+ Protect deliverability and compliance — suppression lists respected, working unsubscribe in every send, review requests only to real customers who received their order, and never worded to ask for a positive rating.
What we're looking for
* Required
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience — accounts, flows, campaigns, segments, templates, and the settings behind them (triggers, filters, delays, smart sending).
- Sending domain / DNS setup — you've added a dedicated sending domain and completed SPF/DKIM/CNAME records to verified, without hand-holding.
- Shopify familiarity — the Klaviyo integration, discount codes, and how order/fulfillment events map into flows.
- High-volume, checklist-driven discipline. This is repetitive work done at scale. We need someone who runs the same checklist on store #94 as carefully as on store #3.
- Reliable full-time availability with a fixed daily overlap window, and daily communication in written English.
- Trustworthy with account access across a large portfolio.
* Nice to have
- Experience managing
-
- Multi-market experience (multiple languages/currencies).
- Familiarity with Monday.com or a similar project board.
What we offer
+ Full-time, paid bi-weekly.
+ Consistent, predictable workload. New stores launch continuously — the pipeline doesn't dry up.
+ A long-term position, not a trial project. We want someone to grow into owning
+ Documented SOPs, existing templates and reference stores for every market — you won't be inventing the process.
+ Clear ownership:
How to apply
Send a short application including:
1. Your Klaviyo experience — roughly how many accounts have you set up or managed, and in what kind of setup (agency, in-house, freelance)?
2. Walk me through setting up a dedicated sending domain in Klaviyo — which records you add and how you confirm it's actually verified. A few sentences is enough.
3. Your process for cloning a flow set from one store to another — specifically, how you make sure nothing from the source store leaks into the new one.
4. Availability — hours per week, time zone, daily overlap you can commit to, and earliest start date.
Start your message with the word "CLONE" so we know you read the full post.
Applications that skip questions 1–4 won't be reviewed. Everyone who answers them gets a reply.
