JOB OVERVIEW

We're a Melbourne-based digital studio producing short-form video across several brands - a web agency, healthcare, disability services, and childcare/education. We need a reliable editor who turns raw footage into scroll-stopping vertical reels quickly and consistently. No fancy VFX required - speed, clean cuts, sharp captions, and staying on-brand across different accounts is what matters most.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Edit raw footage into vertical short-form reels (15-60s) for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts - target of 8-10 finished reels per week
- Add captions/subtitles, text overlays, music, simple transitions, trims, and basic colour/audio cleanup
- Work across multiple brands, each with its own look - follow the supplied brand kits and templates
- Work from organised Google Drive folders (raw footage in, finished reels out - we provide the full setup)
- Deliver fast with minimal revisions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven speed - you can comfortably produce 2 reels per day
- Strong feel for short-form pacing and hooks (what keeps people watching)
- Comfortable in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro - your choice, we care about the result
- Clean, well-synced captions and text
- Good written English for following instructions
- Reliable, communicative, and hits deadlines
- A portfolio of short-form reels (link required)

NICE TO HAVE
- Light motion graphics / basic After Effects
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts
- Thumbnail creation

THE DETAILS
- Part-time, around 20 hours/week, ongoing and long-term
- PHP ---------- per hour based on experience (approx. PHP 30,000-43,000/month at 20 hrs/week)
- Open to a per-reel arrangement (PHP ---------- per finished reel) for editors who prefer output-based pay
- First 2 weeks are a paid probation period at the agreed rate
- Fully remote; some overlap with Melbourne (AEST) hours preferred
- Start ASAP - ideally this week

HOW TO APPLY

- Confirm your available weekly hours and your preferred rate (hourly or per reel)
