Looking for an editor who doesn't just cut footage, but knows how to tell a story that keeps people watching. We provide the scripts and voiceovers, you bring the visual storytelling that makes each video impossible to scroll past.

What Makes a Great Fit

A natural storyteller, someone who can shape pacing, tension, and payoff, not just follow a script line by line
Thinks outside the box, always looking for creative ways to make an edit more engaging, not just the standard approach
Strong eye for motion graphics and animated elements that elevate the video, not just decorate it
Sharp attention to B-roll relevance, every clip should genuinely match and support the story being told
Sound design instincts, knowing when a moment needs an SFX hit or a beat of silence
Obsessed with retention, always thinking about what keeps a viewer watching instead of scrolling away

What You'll Need

At least 3 year of experience editing YouTube content
A genuine feel for storytelling, not just technical cutting
Solid skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
Comfortable with captions, motion graphics, B-roll integration, and transitions
Ability to design thumbnails (Canva or Photoshop)
Dependable, organized, and good with deadlines
