JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Email Marketing Campaign Manager (Real Estate Specialist)
Location: Remote
Salary: $1,000 – $1,400 USD / month (Full-Time)
Hours: 40 hours/week | EST Time zone (US Eastern Standard Time)

We are a high-performing US Residential Real Estate team dedicated to growing our reach and serving our clients. We are looking for a true Email Specialist—someone who lives and breathes email marketing, strategy, deliverability, and copywriting—to take complete ownership of our email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and refine high-converting email marketing strategies tailored to the US residential real estate market.

Copywriting & Content Creation: Write compelling, engaging email copy that drives opens, clicks, and client conversions.

Technical Domain Management: Manage email domains, set up and execute domain warming strategies, and configure DNS settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) in GoDaddy to maintain high deliverability.

Platform Management: Build, automate, and manage campaigns natively within Mailchimp and SendGrid.

Analytics & Reporting: Track, read, and analyze open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints to continuously optimize performance.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist/Manager (Real Estate industry experience is a major plus).

Deep technical understanding of domain health, deliverability rules, and domain warming.

Hands-on expertise in GoDaddy domain setup/DNS record management.

Proficiency in Mailchimp and SendGrid.

Strong English copywriting skills with a clear understanding of US real estate tone.

Ability to work full-time aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
