JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Remote | Australian Business Hours

We are an established Australian telehealth company looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel specialist to own, build and optimise our GHL systems.

This is NOT a VA role or basic funnel-builder position.

We need someone who can understand a business, architect the entire system, and then personally build, test, troubleshoot and maintain it.

You will work across an established healthcare business and a new healthcare platform being built from the ground up.

What You'll Do
Audit and take ownership of an existing complex GHL environment
Work with management, marketing and developers to understand business requirements
Architect and build new GHL systems from scratch
Map complete journeys from Lead → Call → Consultation → Payment → Patient → Ongoing Care → Reactivation
Build complex workflows with branching, triggers and conditional logic
Build/manage pipelines, opportunities, tags and custom fields
Build calendars, forms, quizzes, funnels, email and SMS automation
Integrate GHL with WordPress and other platforms
Build/troubleshoot Make, Zapier, web hooks and integrations
Support Meta/Google tracking and attribution
Build campaign landing pages and funnels
Thoroughly QA and test everything you build
Troubleshoot problems proactively
Document system architecture and workflows

You Must Have
Advanced hands-on GoHighLevel experience
Experience architecting complex GHL systems from scratch
Advanced workflows, pipelines, tagging and custom-field knowledge
Strong Make/Zapier/web hook/integration skills
Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking ability
Experience with WordPress/GHL integration
Excellent QA/testing discipline
Basic HTML/CSS
Excellent English
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Full-time availability during Australian business hours
Reliable internet + backup connection
Quiet dedicated home workspace
