JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is a phone-based sales position focused on selling home services to customers across the United States. You will be calling leads, following up with potential customers, handling inbound calls, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

This is NOT a basic VA position. We are looking for a salesperson who knows how to sell.

What You'll Do
Call warm and qualified leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other marketing channels
Handle inbound calls from potential customers
Follow up with leads and move them through the sales process
Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate home service
Build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers
Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale
Close deals over the phone
Track leads, conversations, and sales accurately
Maintain a strong conversion rate and consistently work toward sales targets
What We're Looking For

You should be a strong fit if you are:

An experienced phone salesperson with 2+ years of sales experience
A confident and persuasive communicator
Extremely comfortable speaking with American customers
Able to speak clear, natural American English with a neutral/minimal accent
A fast learner who can quickly understand our services and sales process
Highly motivated and competitive
Energetic, confident, and persistent
Comfortable hearing "no" and continuing to work the lead
Able to handle objections and turn conversations into sales
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Important Requirements

Please do NOT apply if:

Your spoken English is difficult for American customers to understand
You have a strong accent that makes communication difficult
You are looking for an easy work-from-home job
You need constant supervision or hand-holding
You are uncomfortable making a high volume of sales calls
You have difficulty handling rejection
You have unreliable attendance
You have little or no sales experience

We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, take coaching, and produce results.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time

You must be available and reliable during these hours.

Compensation

Base hourly pay + commission

Commission structure will be discussed during the hiring process.

Strong performers will have the opportunity to earn significantly more based on their sales performance.
