POSITION SUMMARY
We seek a highly efficient and competent HR Senior Generalist to join our growing team who has a broad knowledge of HR functions and can perform a diverse set of HR duties daily. The scope of responsibilities ranges from hiring and recruiting, onboarding and offboarding employees, employee benefits and compensation, facilitating payroll review in collaboration with Finance, HR laws and regulations compliance, and monthly and yearly performance management of the employees. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, and communicate ideas with Management, and members from various departments.
OBJECTIVES
Maintain and update employee records (i.e personal contact information, personal documents etc)
Develop and implement HR policies based on the company’s goal and ensure it gets communicated across the organization
Ensures the accuracy and completeness of data within the company’s database
Processes certificate of employment (COE) and employee monthly payslip
Help in new employee onboarding (i.e system access entitlements) and offboarding process (i.e exit interview, exit survey, deactivating accesses).
Maintain confidentiality of internal documentation.
Create and publish job ads on OnlineJobs PH, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Identify areas of improvement and provide suggestions to the management
Keep abreast with the industry’s latest news, HR tools, and trends relevant to recruitment.
Conducts regular touch base with the management and relevant departments to determine resources and staffing needs.
COMPETENCIES
Digitally literate with solid expertise in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Basic understanding and knowledge of using OnlineJobs PH, Indeed, and/or Linkedin to recruit top talent and keep tabs on competitors.
Knowledgable with HRMS or any relevant HR Management Software but not required
Thorough understanding of Philippine labor laws.
Skilled in performance management and employee benefits administration.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of work experience in the Human Resources function
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with various HR functions such as staffing and recruitment process, performance management, training and development process, employee and labor relations
Experience working in manufacturing and corporate office set-up preferred
Strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (i.e Google Sheet, Google Drive, Calendar etc)
