JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Growth Operations Manager to help manage operations and support business growth.

Your #1 responsibility is fulfillment.

You will be expected to:

Answer and return calls quickly.
Stay on top of emails, texts, and booking requests.
Coordinate clients and therapists.
Confirm payments, appointments, and therapist arrival.
Resolve problems quickly and communicate proactively.
Take ownership of every booking you manage through completion or proper handoff.

If a session starts near the end of your shift, you are still responsible for making sure that session is properly fulfilled.

When operations are quiet, your focus shifts to growth:

Follow up with leads and past clients.
Research corporate and event prospects.
Recruit qualified massage therapists.
Update CRM records.
Help improve systems, SOPs, and workflows.
