About Us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating in the Health & Beauty industry across multiple European markets.

Our team continuously launches and tests new Meta ad creatives to identify winning concepts and scale products. We work in a fast-paced environment where creativity, speed, and execution are key.

We are looking for an AI Creative Designer who can transform our creative briefs into high-quality advertising assets using AI tools.

This is primarily an execution-focused role.

Every day, our team provides clear creative briefs and concepts. Your job is to create the final ad creatives, prompts, headlines, and primary text variations that are ready to be tested on Meta.

What You'll Do
Create high-converting static image ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Use AI tools such as Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, or similar platforms to generate advertising creatives
Write and refine prompts to achieve high-quality outputs
Transform daily creative briefs into finished advertising assets
Generate multiple creative variations for testing purposes
Generate Meta ad copy using AI tools, including:
Primary text
Headlines
Multiple copy variations for testing
Create prompts that generate both visual assets and marketing copy aligned with the creative brief
Edit and improve AI-generated outputs when required
Maintain a high level of quality and consistency across all creatives
Organize creative assets and maintain efficient workflows
Deliver creatives quickly and on time

Must Have
Experience creating image ads for Meta advertising
Experience with AI creative tools (Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Claude, ...)
Strong prompt-writing skills
Ability to generate effective Meta advertising copy using AI tools
Ability to create multiple headline and primary text variations for creative testing
Strong eye for design, layout, composition, and marketing visuals
Experience with Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar software
Strong attention to detail
Ability to accurately follow creative briefs
Good written and spoken English
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection

Nice to Have
Experience in Ecommerce or Dropshipping
Experience in the Health & Beauty niche
Understanding of direct-response marketing
Knowledge of customer psychology and consumer behavior
Experience creating video ads
Experience conducting competitor research using Meta Ad Library
Experience developing advertising angles and hooks
Understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
