Executive Assistant / Go High Level & AI Systems Specialist — Home Health

Opulent Private Care Services, a GAPP-approved pediatric in-home nursing agency based in Marietta, Georgia, is looking for an experienced executive assistant who can build and run our entire Go High Level ecosystem. This is not a general VA role. We need someone who has already built out complete Go High Level systems — ideally for a home health, home care, or medical agency — and who understands the compliance sensitivity that comes with the healthcare space.

What you'll build

- Client and family intake funnels
- Caregiver and nurse recruitment and onboarding funnels
- Marketing and lead-capture funnels
- SMS and email trigger sequences, where completing one step automatically fires the next
- E-signature flows so applicants sign documents inside the workflow
- Pipeline stages that track every lead and applicant
- Calendar and appointment automations
- A course/membership portal for in-house training

AI experience matters to us: conversation AI bots, AI-assisted responses, and any workflow you can make smarter.

Day to day

Alongside the build work, you'll handle executive assistant duties — inbox and calendar management, follow-up on applicants and referrals, and document coordination.

What we're looking for

- At least 2 years hands-on in Go High Level as a builder, not just a user
- A portfolio or Loom walkthrough of a system you've built
- Healthcare or home health agency experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written English — you'll be writing the copy inside these funnels

Compensation

$1,100–$1,300 USD per month depending on experience, paid twice monthly. Full-time, 40 hours per week, with at least 4 hours overlapping Eastern time. Performance review at 90 days with a raise on the table for strong work, plus 13th month pay.
