JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Funding Specialist to assist with reviewing and preparing client files for funding, debt consolidation, and underwriting.

Responsibilities include reviewing pay stubs, bank statements, credit profiles, income documentation, and other financial documents to determine client eligibility and ensure files meet lender requirements. The ideal candidate should understand the funding process, debt consolidation, underwriting guidelines, document verification, and how to properly organize and prepare complete client files for submission.

Must be detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential financial information.
