JOB OVERVIEW

ZenduIT and GoFleet are a Toronto-based fleet management and telematics company — GPS tracking, AI dashcams, and field-operations software for mid-market and enterprise fleets across North America (waste, transit/bus, airports, construction, field service). We're a small team that runs on Claude for almost everything, and we hire people who already think that way.

Our customer success managers in Toronto own the relationships — they're the ones in the room. You're the reason they walk in prepared, and the reason nothing falls through after. One associate should make two or three CSMs materially more effective.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the account prep pack before every customer conversation — usage trends, open issues, renewal position, what changed since last time
- Draft QBR (Quarterly Business Review) decks and executive summaries for the CSM to take in
- Run outreach and scheduling — sequences, follow-ups, calendar wrangling across time zones
- Watch health signals across the book and flag accounts going quiet before the CSM notices
- Own the after: notes, action items, commitments, and following through

SKILLS YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE
- You can turn a call recording or a raw usage export into a one-page account summary a busy executive would actually read
- You've caught an account going quiet before anyone told you to look — a real example, what tipped you off
- You write differently for a customer than for an internal handoff, and you can show both

TO APPLY: Put the keyword RENEWAL in your subject line. Before anything else in your application body, answer these two questions in your own words (this is a reading check — the answers are in this post):
1. What city are our customer success managers based in?
2. What does "QBR" stand for in the context of this role, and what do we ask you to draft for it?

Then send a Loom (max 5 minutes): walk us through how you prepare someone else for a customer conversation — what goes in the pack, where it comes from, how long it takes. Show Claude in that loop. Describe one account you saw slipping before anyone else did. We're listening for clarity, not polish. If you've never used Claude, say so in one line instead of faking it — we'd rather know.
