Phone Sales Closer / Booking Specialist — U.S. Cleaning Company

Full-time | Remote | Philippines | U.S. business hours

We are hiring an experienced phone sales closer to convert warm leads into booked cleaning jobs for our U.S.-based cleaning company.

This is a performance-driven sales role—not a basic VA position. We need someone who is confident speaking with U.S. customers, handling objections, discussing pricing, asking for the sale, and taking ownership of every lead.

If you avoid phone conversations, struggle to discuss pricing, or are only looking for data-entry, chat support, or general administrative work, this role is not for you.

Responsibilities

- Answer assigned inbound calls promptly during your shift
- Contact every new lead within 5 minutes during scheduled working hours
- Explain cleaning services, packages, pricing, and availability
- Handle objections about price, scheduling, and trust
- Ask for the booking and convert warm leads into scheduled jobs
- Follow up with leads until they book, decline, or become unreachable
- Update the CRM after every call with the outcome, notes, and next follow-up date

Non-Negotiable Performance Standards

- Every new lead must be contacted within 5 minutes during your scheduled working hours.
- You must remain available and ready to answer calls throughout your shift.
- Every call, outcome, and follow-up must be recorded accurately in the CRM.
- You are responsible for every assigned lead until it books, declines, or is properly closed out.
- Missed leads, missed follow-ups, poor CRM discipline, and repeated performance issues will not be acceptable.
- Results will be measured by response time, follow-up completion, bookings, closing rate, and CRM accuracy.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of phone sales, appointment-setting, or closing experience
- Strong spoken English and a confident, professional phone presence
- Experience speaking with U.S. customers preferred
- Comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and asking for the sale
- Reliable, organized, accountable, and able to work independently
- Minimum 30 Mbps wired internet
- Quiet workspace with no background noise
- Backup internet and backup device
- Availability during U.S. Eastern or Pacific business hours

Pay: $4.20–$5.00 USD/hour, depending on experience. Performance bonuses may be available based on bookings and closing results.
