JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Product Lister to join our team. We run multiple Google Shopping fashion dropshipping stores and we need someone who can take the full product listing process off our hands, consistently and at a high standard.

This is a long-term role with room to grow for the right person.

What you will be doing:

- Creating complete product listings from scratch including titles, descriptions, variants and tags
- Taking full ownership of the image process: sourcing, editing, background removal and uploading
- Creating clean, professional product images that meet Google Shopping requirements
- Using AI tools to generate or enhance product images where needed
- Following store-specific listing guidelines for multiple stores
- Maintaining consistent quality across a high volume of products
- Keeping listings optimised for Google Shopping
- Flagging any issues or inconsistencies proactively

What we are looking for:

- Strong written English, listings must be natural and professional
- Proven experience with Google Shopping dropshipping stores
- Strong image skills are a must. You know what a good product image looks like, you know how to create it and you know which AI tools to use to get there. This is not something we will teach.
- Hands-on experience with AI image tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI or similar
- Ability to remove backgrounds, retouch images and match a consistent visual style across products
- Solid understanding of Google Merchant Center and product feed requirements
- Experience working with Shopify
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to different store styles
- High attention to detail, especially with pricing, variants and image quality
- Someone who can handle volume without letting quality slip
- Reliable, communicative and able to meet deadlines without being chased
- A player mentality, you take ownership of your work

Bonus if you have:

- Experience listing fashion, footwear or apparel products specifically
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions
- Experience working across multiple stores with different brand guidelines
