JOB OVERVIEW

Hi I'm Leslie and I am looking for a video editor for my tiktok channel.

I focus on:
1. book related topics, Book recommendations, Book thoughts, reading tips, book humor, etc.

2. ADHD/Mental Health/ Neurodiversity,

3. Audiobook narration (which is my profession)

I have alot of different styles /segments I do on my page so It is a little bit hard to tell you what kind of style I need for editing. If you are able to go to my tiktok page, you will see my videos and the styles I do. I can also send some videos I have done that I like and want to keep the style of . (So you can see the kinds of videos I put up. )

Up until now, I have done all the editing myself.
I am looking for someone able to edit about 10-12 videos per week. (some short 30seconds -1 minute, some skits 1-2 minutes, others might be simple talking head 1-5 minutes long)

Disclaimer:
I am nervous and very afraid to hire someone else to edit my videos because my videos are chaotic sometimes. In the past, I have had to do alot of piecing my content together to make it into a cohesive video and shape the story the way I want it. I was not using a script at all so it made the editing alot more complicated for me.

I have started to do a bit more planning and now have scripts that I am basing my videos on. But sometimes there might be videos that require some extra creative skill in order to make it match my vision. So editing the way I like, may take some creativity on your part and some creative direction that I would be happy to give you!

But the "bottle neck" of my content creation is always video editing! So I am looking for someone who I can trust to see my style and creative vision and match it.

Over the next 2-3 months I have a ton of videos planned and I can show you my schedule if you are interested. Each day I have at least 1 video planned to post and some days will be 2 or 3. I have a few pretty big book release deadlines and movie releases I am trying to cover in my video topics.

I am looking for a long term partnership someone who I can work with for a long time with editing!
