JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to handle email support for my dropshipping stores.

This role is NOT for beginners.
You must already have experience handling customer support for dropshipping stores and understand how to communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally with customers.

Role Overview:

- You will be responsible for handling customer support via email only.
- Your work will include:
- Responding to customer emails using:
- Existing templates and
- Custom responses when needed, using ChatGPT
- Handling common dropshipping situations such as:
- Order delays
- Returns & refunds
- Size and product questions
- Delivery issues
- Knowing when to escalate instead of guessing
- Following SOPs and approval rules for non-standard cases

Important:
You must be comfortable using a Helpdesk and ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI as a work tool and understand that accuracy, consistency, and correct tone are important.
If you tend to guess or rush responses, this role is not for you.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

You must have:

- Previous experience in customer support for dropshipping stores
- Experience using any Helpdesk for work (specify which)
- Strong experience with email-based customer support
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of ChatGPT (required)
- Familiarity with:
- SOPs & workflows
- Shopify (basic level is enough)
- Common dropshipping customer issues
- Experience in fashion dropshipping is a plus, but not required.

Availability & Schedule:

- Available to work any of the 7 days of the week
- Final workdays and schedule will be defined together
- Must be willing to work any time zone hours
- Starting as part-time (2–4 hours/day) with the possibility to move to full-time

- You have a quiet, personal workspace
- You can work focused and without distractions

- You use AI tools correctly to draft professional responses

- You understand that mistakes in dropshipping customer support cost money
- You are detail-oriented, calm, and reliable

Compensation:

Starting rate: $3.00 USD/hour to $4.00 USD/hour
Raises and bonuses available over time for the right candidate

Final note:
This role is ideal for someone who already understands dropshipping customer support, is experienced with helpdesks (such as gorgias, richpannel, commslayer, etc..) knows how to use ChatGPT or any other AI tool responsibly, and prefers structured workflows with clear expectations.
