Remote Video Editor / Assistant Editor
30–40 Hours/Week | Remote

Time Magic Studios is looking for a talented Video Editor / Assistant Editor to join our growing team.

We work with businesses, churches, nonprofits, and organizations across a variety of industries. This role will primarily focus on social media content, ads, church content, podcasts, testimonials, and shorter story-driven videos.

Over time, the right person will have opportunities to grow into more advanced projects and potentially become a Lead Editor.

- Short-form Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Meta/Facebook ads
-Church and sermon content
- Podcasts and talking-head videos
- Testimonials
- Event recaps
- Short story-driven videos
- Occasional long-form projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills
Good understanding of DaVinci Resolve color grading
Strong storytelling and pacing
Good music selection and audio cleanup
Captions and basic motion graphics
Ability to edit both short-form and long-form content
Strong English comprehension
Organized and reliable
Able to take feedback and learn quickly

We're willing to teach the right person, but you should already have a solid foundation in professional video editing.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

- Reliable high-speed internet
- Computer capable of editing professional 4K footage
- Enough storage to download and work with large camera files
- Ability to upload/download large projects regularly
- Schedule

Approximately 30–40 hours per week.

Most work can be completed independently, but we would like at least 2–4 hours of overlap with our Washington State team when needed.
