JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Tax, Financial & Administrative Support

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Virtual Assistant for a long-term position supporting a diversified tax, financial, estate-planning, real-estate, and small-business services practice.

The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be confident speaking with clients by phone, and have extensive experience using Canva to create professional marketing materials, presentations, social media content, flyers, and business documents.

Responsibilities will include:

Making and receiving client phone calls
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Communicating with clients by phone, email, and text
Collecting tax, financial, estate-planning, and business documents
Following up for missing information
Organizing client files and tracking outstanding items
Assisting with tax and bookkeeping workflow
Preparing spreadsheets, reports, letters, and documents
Creating and editing professional materials in Canva
Preparing presentations, marketing pieces, and social media graphics
Maintaining calendars and appointment schedules
Data entry and general administrative support
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Professional and confident telephone manner
Extensive Canva experience required
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable working with confidential financial information
Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Tax, bookkeeping, accounting, or financial-services experience is preferred

Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours is strongly preferred.
