Remote · Full-time · $2,000–$4,000/month + Uncapped Performance Bonuses
We're running a portfolio of 8-figure ecom brands in the health & wellness space, and we're hiring 5+ video editors.
This isn't a "here's a brief, deliver a file, log off" gig. We want editors who are obsessed with why people stop scrolling, keep watching, and buy.

$2,000–$4,000/month base, depending on where you're at + PLUS uncapped performance bonuses.

Every ad that scales pays you. Same deal whether it's your first month or your second year. Might sound cliche, but we genuinely want for people like you who contribute to our brand scaling to earn as much as you possibly can here — if you make us money, we’ll make you money.

You see the scoreboard. Full transparency on how your videos perform - spend, hook rate, hold rate - reviewed together on weekly calls. You'll start calling winners before they run.
AI is the fun part. Realistic AI actors, generated B-roll, 3D animation — we'll train you on all of it and back you while you learn. You won’t be stuck editing the same boring format for the next 5 months, almost every concept has something new which makes the editing process more fun, since you can leverage your creativity & storytelling skills.
Paid learning resources. Everything we learn from our own coaching and mentors gets passed straight down to you.

???? What You'll Do
Edit the briefs you receive from our Creative Strategists. We’re mainly using AI to generate the footage, so you’ll live & breathe Higgsfield.
Use AI across your whole workflow: A-roll with realistic AI actors, generated B-roll, 3D animation. Speed up everything that can be sped up (we'll train you to make your output as realistic as possible)
Ship at least 5 briefs per week; the more briefs you make, the more money you can make with the bonuses.
Hit deadlines (non-negotiable)
Join weekly calls where we take the account apart together: which ads won, which died, and brainstorm together why that happened
Come up with ad ideas - e.g. if you find a format while scrolling on tiktok or through competitor library and you think you’ll crush → we give special rewards for winners that come from you

You’re a performance marketer: You think about how to make the most scroll-stopping hooks, and create videos that will suck the viewers in and make them watch until the end without realising
You’re up to date with Meta/TikTok trending formats
High-level English, written and spoken
Full-time available — 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday
Genuinely hungry. You think about beating last week's numbers and getting 1% better every day, in order to make as much money as possible.

Editor → Director of Video Editors → Junior Creative Strategist → Senior Creative Strategist
Every step is a pay rise — based on performance, not time served. You could be here two months and get promoted in your third. There will be a lot of resources for you to learn from; what you do with them is up to you.
