Sideo is a Norwegian digital marketing and web agency working with service businesses. We’re hiring a full-time Meta Ads Specialist to own B2C and local lead-generation campaigns across a growing client roster.

THE ROLE

You’ll manage campaign execution from setup through optimization and reporting. We’re looking for someone who combines sharp analysis with clean operations—accurate tracking, thoughtful tests, clear documentation, and proactive communication.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Launch and manage Meta lead-generation campaigns for service businesses
• Build sensible account structures, naming systems, budgets, and pacing
• Connect lead forms and tracking workflows with GoHighLevel
• Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, frequency, booking rate, show rate, and lead quality
• Turn performance changes into specific hypotheses and controlled tests
• Test audiences, offers, copy, formats, ad sets, and creative angles
• Document what changed, why it changed, and what happened next
• Spot tracking or delivery issues before they damage performance
• Bring clear recommendations to regular campaign reviews

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven hands-on experience with B2C or local lead generation
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and campaign metrics
• Ability to discuss real campaign results with evidence
• Organized enough to manage several campaigns without details slipping
• Comfortable with GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Slack, and Loom
• Clear spoken and written English
• Coachable, reliable, proactive, and available full time

COMPENSATION

• $700–$1,000 USD per month, depending on experience and proven ability
• Performance bonuses tied to agreed campaign KPIs
• Long-term remote role with room to grow
