JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a systems-minded operator who enjoys turning messy onboarding work into reliable, repeatable processes.

Sideo is a growing Norwegian digital marketing and web agency serving small service businesses. As our full-time GoHighLevel Automation & Client Onboarding Specialist, you’ll own the technical details that make new-client launches smooth and keep delivery systems dependable.

YOUR MISSION

Move every new client from “signed” to “fully set up” without missed steps. You’ll combine careful SOP execution with independent troubleshooting and clear communication.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Build and quality-check client accounts, forms, folders, calendars, pipelines, and tracking
• Configure GoHighLevel workflows, automations, calendars, and integrations
• Build, test, monitor, and repair scenarios in Make or Zapier
• Investigate technical issues and document the fix
• Maintain Google Sheets trackers, formulas, reports, and data quality
• Support media buying, client success, and operations with technical requests
• Record clear Loom updates and communicate blockers early in Slack
• Improve SOPs so recurring work becomes faster and more reliable
• Verify every setup before handing it to the client-facing team

YOU’LL BE A STRONG FIT IF YOU

• Have practical GoHighLevel experience
• Have built real automations in Make or Zapier
• Are confident with Google Sheets and structured data
• Catch small errors before they become client problems
• Can investigate unfamiliar issues without waiting for step-by-step instructions
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
• Can manage several priorities while keeping commitments visible
• Want a full-time remote role with growing systems ownership

COMPENSATION

• $700–$1,200 USD per month, based on experience and demonstrated ability
• Potential performance bonuses tied to quality and implemented improvements
• Long-term remote opportunity with room to grow
