JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a Full-Time YouTube Shorts Animator / Editor

I’m looking for someone who specializes in Roblox-style animation or similar simple 3D animated short-form content for YouTube Shorts.

The work mainly includes:
• Animating short-style scenes
• Creating expressive character reactions
• Editing pacing, sound effects, and comedic timing
• Working with simple 3D environments and recurring characters
• Making smooth, engaging Shorts optimized for YouTube/TikTok style content

The animation style is simple, expressive, chaotic, and -focused — not cinematic realism.

Requirements:
• Experience with Roblox animation, Blender, SFM, or similar 3D animation workflows
• Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts / TikTok pacing
• Good editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong English
• Good internet connection
• Attention to detail
• Able to work well in a team
• Able to learn quickly and take feedback
• Available around 6–8h daily
• Able to work 5–6 days weekly consistently
• Able to receive payments through Wise or Revolut
• PH or similar timezone preferred
