We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Insurance Administrator to support our insurance advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to insurance policies, ensuring efficient processing and exceptional client service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist insurance advisers with the administration of new and existing insurance policies, including life, health, and property insurance.
Prepare, review, and process insurance applications, endorsements, and claims documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any inquiries or issues related to policies or claims.
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Monitor policy renewals, send reminders to clients, and ensure timely follow-up to secure renewals and maintain coverage.
Provide clients with clear explanations of policy terms, coverage options, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide accurate information to clients and advisers.
Support the insurance team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
Experience in insurance administration or a related field (e.g., banking, finance).
Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and claims processes.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with industry standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other relevant software tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the insurance industry or related customer service roles.
