JOB OVERVIEW

SENIOR MEDIA BUYER — META & GOOGLE ADS (ECOM / DTC)

We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer who can do both: launch DTC brands from zero and scale them to 10k/day, and also manage and optimize accounts already running high-spend volumes. This is not an entry-level or “boost the post” role. We operate multiple DTC brands across several markets, with serious budgets and high creative output.

Fair warning before you apply: knowing how to run Meta and Google ads is not enough. If you don’t actually understand our methodology, don’t apply. You’ll be tested on it during screening and filtered out fast, so let’s not waste each other’s time.

You’ll work directly with our EU team.

Who we’re looking for

On Meta: you need know creative is the main lever. The algorithm finds the audience, you feed it clean signal and strong creative.

On Google: you need know the Feed is your targeting. You don’t win with endless keyword lists, you win by structuring the feed to feed the AI.

You need read an account top-down: offer > creative/feed > landing page > account. You consolidate data, you don’t hyper-segment.

Responsibilities

1. Own the launch of new DTC brands from $0 to $10k/day revenue on Meta + Google
2. Meta: ABO testing > CBO scaling > MOF/BOF/Retargeting, broad-led, Advantage+
3. Google: own GMC feed optimization, Shopping and PMax, structuring titles and attributes to feed Google’s AI
4. Manage and optimize already-scaled, high-spend accounts without breaking performance
5. Build architectures that consolidate signal, not fragment it
6. Work hand-in-hand with Creative Strategists, 30+ creatives/week
7. Diagnose underperformance by layer, not by reflex
8. Manage real budgets with discipline and P&L reporting

Requirements

META:

• Proven track record launching AND scaling DTC brands, at least one brand taken from zero to 5-10k/day and 100k+/month managed

GOOGLE — THIS IS CRITICAL:

• Feed Optimization (GMC): you know that in today’s Google, feed optimization IS your targeting, not an afterthought
• Consolidation & Scale Architecture: you know consolidation beats hyper-segmentation, and you know when to use Standard Shopping vs Performance Max depending on the stage of the launch

General:

• Strong on direct-response and unit economics, AOV, CPA, payback, contribution
• Fluent English, EU timezone overlap

What we offer

• Remote, long-term, you launch from scratch and also manage mature accounts
• Direct work with founders + dedicated creative team
• Serious budgets to scale

To Apply

Send:

• Brief intro
• Track record: 1-2 brands you took from zero to scale with real numbers, day 0 spend, time to 10k/day, peak daily spend, ROAS, both Meta and Google

Screening questions

1. How many brands have you personally taken from $0 to $10k/day? Walk me through one.
2. What’s the largest daily spend you’ve personally managed on Meta and on Google while keeping it profitable? For how long?
3. Walk me through your framework to go from $0 to $10k/day with a new DTC product on Meta + Google. Phases, budgets, kill/scale rules.
4. You inherit an account already spending a high daily budget. How do you diagnose whether to keep scaling or stabilize? What do you check first?
5. How do you optimize a Shopping feed title? Where exactly do you place the main keyword, attributes and brand? Give me a before/after example.
6. Standard Shopping vs PMax, when do you switch, and what data do you need?
7. You get 15+ new creatives per week. How do you test them without resetting learning on your scaling CBO?
8. Tell me about a launch that failed from zero, Meta or Google, and what you learned.
