JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative and organized Podcast Producer to join an upcoming podcast project long-term ????️

This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, content flow, production organization, and editing — someone who can help turn ideas into polished episodes from start to finish. We want someone who’s excited to grow with the project and become part of the team long-term. It’s important you have experience and can edit the podcast, then produce short clips for social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in content planning and script creation
Help find and land guests
Organize podcast themes, episode flow, and production schedules
Help maintain consistency in branding and episode direction
Coordinate podcast operations and content workflow
Edit podcast episodes from raw video/audio into final content
Prepare final audio/video deliverables for publishing
Help improve overall content quality and audience experience

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in podcast production, content creation, or editing
Familiar with video/audio editing software
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong understanding of storytelling and content pacing
Able to manage deadlines and content schedules
Creative mindset with good communication skills
Interested in a long-term role and growing with the podcast
