JOB OVERVIEW

Work From Home
Full-Time

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Project Coordinator to help manage projects, tasks, deadlines, and communication across our remote team.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable with project management software, and able to keep multiple projects moving forward.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, organize, and maintain project tasks and workflows
• Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
• Assign tasks to appropriate team members
• Follow up on overdue or pending tasks
• Maintain project boards and dashboards
• Coordinate communication between team members, contractors, and clients
• Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting notes
• Track project progress and provide status updates
• Identify potential delays, bottlenecks, and missing information
• Maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures
• Organize project files and resources
• Assist with onboarding new team members and contractors
• Create recurring tasks and automated project workflows
• Help improve internal processes and team workflows
• Prepare weekly project and operations reports
• Coordinate schedules and deadlines across different time zones
• Ensure team members have the information and resources needed to complete tasks
• Assist management with operational and project-related tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous project coordination, operations, or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive approach to identifying problems
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup

BONUS:

• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, ---------- , Trello, or similar platforms
• Jira experience
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Experience creating SOPs and process documentation
• Zapier/Make automation experience
• Experience working with remote teams
• Basic understanding of software or digital product development
• Experience coordinating developers, designers, or marketing teams
