Work From Home
Full-Time

We are looking for a data-driven Paid Advertising Virtual Assistant to assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate understands the fundamentals of online advertising and can analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with creating and managing digital advertising campaigns
• Set up campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and targeting
• Assist with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaign management
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis
• Track impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per lead, and other key metrics
• Identify underperforming campaigns and flag issues
• Assist with audience research and targeting
• Conduct basic competitor and advertising research
• Assist with ad copy and creative testing
• Organize and maintain advertising assets
• Monitor campaign budgets and spending
• Prepare weekly and monthly advertising performance reports
• Assist with A/B testing of ads, audiences, and landing pages
• Monitor tracking pixels, conversion events, and campaign setup
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team members
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation
• Follow established advertising strategies and SOPs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience with paid advertising is preferred
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and campaign data
• Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English
• Able to follow campaign instructions and budgets carefully
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with advertising platforms
• Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
