Full-Time

We are looking for a tech-savvy CRM & Automation Specialist to help build, maintain, and optimize our customer relationship management systems and automated workflows.

The ideal candidate understands CRM pipelines, lead management, email/SMS automation, integrations, and business process automation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain CRM databases and customer records
• Build and maintain sales pipelines and opportunity stages
• Create automated workflows for leads, customers, and internal processes
• Set up email and SMS follow-up sequences
• Create lead nurturing and re-engagement campaigns
• Configure forms, surveys, calendars, and lead capture systems
• Set up triggers, actions, tags, custom fields, and pipeline automation
• Monitor automation workflows and troubleshoot failed processes
• Integrate CRM systems with third-party applications
• Build and maintain Zapier, Make, or similar automation workflows
• Perform CRM data cleanup, deduplication, and segmentation
• Create lead routing and notification workflows
• Assist with sales funnel and customer journey optimization
• Test automations before deployment
• Document workflows, processes, and system configurations
• Monitor CRM performance and provide recommendations for improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience with CRM management or marketing automation
• Strong understanding of CRM pipelines and workflows
• Experience with at least one CRM platform
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with databases and spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English
• Able to understand business processes and translate them into automated workflows
• Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
