JOB OVERVIEW

You'll spend your day on the phones doing the single most important job in our business: calling motivated sellers, building quick rapport, and qualifying them so our acquisitions team can close. This is a conversation-and-conversion role, not button-pushing. If you can handle rejection, stay warm under pressure, and tell a real seller from a dead lead, you'll thrive here.

What you'll do:
-Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners using our Mojo Power Dialer and pre-loaded lists
-Follow our proven script while sounding natural and human — never robotic
-Qualify sellers on the four things that matter: motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations
-Warm-transfer or book appointments for qualified sellers with the acquisitions manager
-Log detailed, accurate notes and call dispositions in our CRM after every call
-Handle objections and rejection professionally — and keep dialing
-Honor Do-Not-Call requests and respect legal calling windows at all times
-Hit your daily KPIs on dials, contacts, and qualified leads

What we're looking for:
-1+ year of real estate cold calling experience — wholesaling/investor side strongly preferred
-Fluent, clear, neutral-accent English; confident and comfortable on the phone
-Experience with a dialer (Mojo, CallTools, ReadyMode, or similar) and a CRM
-A working understanding of motivated-seller lead types (foreclosure, probate, absentee, tax-delinquent) — or the ability to learn fast and go deep
-Emotional intelligence — you're often speaking with people in hard situations, and tone matters
-Self-motivated, coachable, and consistent — you show up and hit your numbers every day

Technical requirements:
-Reliable high-speed internet, plus a backup connection
-A quiet, dedicated workspace and a noise-cancelling headset
-A backup power source in case of outages
-A computer that runs a web dialer and CRM smoothly

What success looks like:
-Steady, high-volume dialing on the power dialer, with real conversations prioritized over vanity dial counts
-A consistent flow of qualified leads and booked appointments every week
-Clean, reliable CRM notes our team can act on immediately
