We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for a confident, reliable, and experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team.
This is not a customer service position.
Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to business owners, starting conversations, identifying interest, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, talking to strangers, handling objections, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Make outbound cold calls to prospective U.S. businesses
Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
Follow provided scripts while still sounding natural and conversational
Build rapport quickly
Identify whether a prospect is a good fit for our services
Handle common objections professionally
Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
Accurately update leads and notes inside our CRM
Follow up with prospects when appropriate
Track calls, conversations, appointments, and results
Participate in occasional training and call-review sessions
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate:
Has 2+ years of cold calling, telemarketing, outbound sales, or appointment-setting experience
Has experience calling U.S. customers or businesses
Speaks clear, fluent, conversational English
Sounds confident and comfortable on the phone
Can build rapport without sounding overly scripted
Understands how to ask questions and keep a conversation moving
Knows how to handle rejection and objections
Is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Is organized and follows up consistently
Can work independently without constant supervision
Is dependable and shows up on time
Is coachable and willing to improve
Has experience using a CRM
Experience with GoHighLevel / HighLevel is a plus, but not required.
This Position Is a Good Fit If…
You genuinely enjoy talking to people.
You understand that cold calling is a numbers game, but you also know that the quality of the conversation matters.
You don’t get discouraged when someone says “no.”
You know how to adjust your tone depending on the person you are speaking with.
You are comfortable having real conversations instead of simply reading a script word-for-word.
Most importantly, you understand that your job is to create enough interest to get the prospect to take the next step and book an appointment.
Schedule
Full-Time – 8 Hours Per Day, Part-time available for the right person
You must be available during U.S. business hours.
Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.
Compensation
Starting compensation will depend on experience and demonstrated ability.
There will also be opportunities for performance-based bonuses/incentives for qualified appointments and results.
We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position, not a temporary project.
How to Apply
Please include the following in your application:
How many years of cold-calling or appointment-setting experience do you have?
What industries have you cold-called for?
Have you called U.S. businesses before?
Approximately how many outbound calls were you making per day in your previous position?
How many appointments were you typically setting?
What CRM systems have you used?
Do you have experience with GoHighLevel?
What is your expected hourly rate?
What hours are you available to work in U.S. Eastern Time?
Please send a 60–90 second voice recording introducing yourself and explaining why you believe you would be good at this position.
At the very beginning of your application, write:
“I’m Ready to Dial”
Applications that do not include this phrase and a voice recording may not be considered.
We are looking for someone who can become an important long-term member of our team. If you are confident on the phone, consistent, competitive, and enjoy turning cold conversations into opportunities, we would like to hear from you.
