# Sales Representative (Remote) – Southern Sourcing Supply, LLC

**Southern Sourcing Supply, LLC** is seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Sales Representative** to join our growing team. We are looking for a proven salesperson who is confident building relationships, closing business, and representing our company with professionalism.

This position begins with **paid weekly training** to familiarize you with our products, sales process, and internal systems before transitioning into active sales responsibilities.

## What You'll Do

* Develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship building.
* Follow up on inbound leads and existing customer inquiries.
* Prepare and send estimates and invoices.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
* Collaborate with sourcing and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
* Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations.

## Required Qualifications

* Minimum **2 years of successful sales experience** (B2B sales preferred).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

## Required Work Schedule

Applicants **must be available to work during the following Central Time (CT) hours:**

* **8:00 AM – 10:30 AM CT**
* **11:30 AM – 2:00 PM CT**

Additional hours may be available based on workload and sales opportunities.

## Required Equipment

Applicants must have:

* Reliable laptop or desktop computer
* High-speed internet service
* Smartphone with reliable service
* Quiet, professional workspace
