JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Short-Form Video Editor & Content VA for a long-term position.

You will be responsible for editing 8 to 12 short-form videos per week (30–60 seconds each) across our 5 brands (ranging from lifestyle e-commerce and commercial interior design to non-profit awareness).

All scripts, AI avatar footage, product B-roll, and detailed timecoded storyboards are pre-organized for you inside Notion. Your primary focus is turning these assets into high-retention, polished Reels/TikToks with crisp pacing, animated typography, and clean sound design.

Key Responsibilities
Short-Form Video Editing: Assemble vertical (9:16) videos using provided avatar clips, product close-ups, AI B-roll, and stock footage.

Pacing & Effects: Apply dynamic hook edits (punch zooms, motion cutaways, sound effects, BGM, and visual callouts).

Captions & Typography: Create clear, bold, on-screen subtitles styled specifically to each brand’s aesthetic.

Workflow & Asset Management: Follow structured Notion storyboards and maintain neat project folders on Google Drive.

Quality & Turnaround: Deliver edited drafts within a 24–48 hour turnaround per batch and implement revision feedback smoothly.

Requirements & Skills
Proven Video Editing Experience: Strong portfolio of short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) demonstrating excellent pacing and sound design.

Software Proficiency: Expert in CapCut (Desktop), Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Organization: Experience using Notion and Google Drive for task tracking and file sharing.

English Proficiency: Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Work Setup: Fast, stable internet connection (minimum 25+ Mbps) and a computer capable of smoothly rendering 1080p/4K 60fps video.

Work Hours & Schedule
Flexible working hours with daily asynchronous check-ins.

Must be able to deliver regular batches consistently every week.
